The standard configuration is 2 units pulling tower. If you need more pulling tower.; you can choose multiple pulling tower.
working platform made of manganese steel, is designed professionally for body collision repair by choosing better material,
improving welding technique and enhancing stress intensity to make the repairing work more precise and faster. One of
important features is no-blind working range, which is in accord with the technician's habit to make more
convenient operation.
It can be widely used for nearly all kinds of imported cars, commercial vehicles and SUVs collision repair.
The flat square-hole
hydraulic tilting lift platform is made of high-quality manganese steel, which is produced by CNC laser cutting CO2 welding machine,
large-scale shot blasting machine for rust removal, welding slag removal (removing welding stress) and electrostatic spraying
assembly line process; the upper plate of the platform is 10mm thick, the lower plate is 10mm thick, the width of the single panel is
550mm, 4 square holes and 1 round hole are arranged, and the cross reinforcement ribs (thickness outer 8mm, inner 6mm) are
connected to the upper and lower plates. The traction tower can be rotated 360 degrees along the working platform track.
The fixing of the tower does not require fixing bolts, and only two latches are needed to achieve quick locking; the tiger-type
main clamp can be used for the skirts of series cars, as well as pickup trucks and off-road vehicles. The vehicle can be quickly
clamped and fixed; the unique screw lifting method of the main fixture can lift the screw up and down, and the height can be
fine-tuned, which can be quickly clamped for various vehicles with different chassis heights. The mechanically streamlined
design of the fixture, after forging, heat treatment and other processes, has high strength and long service life, and almost
considers the correction of any deformation.
